[/center]Hey guys I’m [Anna]; I’m [thirteen] years old and have been roleplaying for [three years/ten months]. The other characters I have here at [HOS/Warriors Search For Sky Lake/The Wizarding World/Warriors of the Flame/Warriors Life Prophecy] are [Vivian Livano, Lynx Corvacia/Sunshadow, Sunsetpaw/Charlie Everson/Starfire, Flecknose, Longkit, Silverpaw/Embershadow].
Here’s my roleplay sample: [/font] (discussing her guardians with a best friend)
Ember smiled sadly. "You're being delightful at the moment," she said, and she meant it. She was glad he was here so she wasn't brooding under the night sky, and leave feeling bitter and angry. But she didn't want the night to end. Not this time. This time, she was happy. Or as happy as she could be.
Tyler turned to her, but his eyes still trained on the ground. Absently, he grabbed her right hand that was resting on the bridge and began to stroke it lightly. Ember didn't blush or feel uncomfortable. The mutual contact made her feel less angry and hurt. His fingers were calloused and hardened by work. She glanced at her left hand. It was calloused too, from the work she had been doing for so long. Flowers hurt, and fireworks were heavy. He suddenly spoke, sounding angry.
I'm sorry for the way they treated you, you didn't, and don't deserve that. Ember shrugged, unconscious that Tyler was still lightly stroking her hand. "I used to be angry," she said, turning slightly to face him better. "But now I'm come to a kind of resigned loathing." With a quick smile she remembered days spent at the neighbor's house. An old lady had lived there, a witch who had known her parents.
"Sometimes I wished they were dead," Ember whispered, feeling her guilty conscious lighten at the few words. "Sometimes I wished they would disappear, but I always felt guilty about it later because they gave me food and shelter. Even if I was forced to work, to cook and clean for them." She turned to Tyler, her eyes wide with worry. "I'm I wicked? Did I do something to deserve the nightmares I live with?"
