Hi my name is Annie and I am 34 years old. I live in England with my wife Rebecca, my daughter Jai and my son Ben. I love Harry Potter so much and like many of you, It has had a huge impact in my life. The main one is that I met my wife on a Harry Potter rpg board like this one. I was Tobi and she was Jason, our charries fell in love and then so did we. I don't condone meeting partners on the internet because so much can go wrong, but luckily things worked out for us. I also met someone who I call my best American friend Brenna on another rpg site and we have stayed in touch ever since. Not only that Harry Potter has helped me to heal myself through so many emotional and troubling times. Whenever anyone my age or older has laughed or teased me for loving Harry Potter, I defend it to the death a then laugh at them for being so BLAH.

I love music, singing, dancing, art, art, art, drawing, painting, comedies, children, Buffy, Angel, True Blood, Glee, Come Dine with Me, Tattoos, Paganism, reading, vampires and much more. I am considering study Psychology as I would love to be an Art Therapist or to work with children who suffer from anxiety like I do.

Bec and I made this site so that we can meet great people and have a laugh along the way. We both love rping and we both hate the way many sites are run. Here we try and encourage creativity and mix it with fun. I have tried to get many of my friends to join, old and new and many of you have. I hope we can get more members mainly so we can move forward with many plots. We get excited every time we get more new members and see our site as a virtual family rather than a mass of people all interested in the same things. We desperately want this to work and hope it's a place where you guys can escape from the stress and pains of real life, where we can all meet up and have fun.

We are grateful to you all for joining and we hope you have just as much fun here as we do.

Blood: A Neg, I am not a Muggle just magically challenged.

My characters here are:

Tobi Maughan, a sadistic assassin who lost her parents to Order members when she was 5. She was ordered to go to a Muggle Orphanage where she was teased and taunted for being different from her peers and the adults in charge thus making her hate muggles. She met a young boy there who was the same and got punished for sticking up for him once. They both often found comfort in each others company when life seemed hopeless. When she was left alone to fend for herself, she used to read. She read everything that she could and taught herself to fight, using this method.

The young girl managed to break out of the orphanage at the age of 9. Feeling that being desolate and alone was better than being beaten, desolate and alone. Fending for herself proved to be a lot harder, yet the young girl matured before her time and it wasn't until she was nearly 10 years old that a homeless tramp tried to rape her, she defended herself by stabbing him. Unbeknownst to her at first, she had been watched by a member of a secret elite group of Assassins. They saw potential in her and totally abused her by taking her in and teaching her how to be an assassin herself. After all nobody suspected a young girl. Tobi loved the assassins and they soon become her family.

At 11 she attends Hogwarts, is sorted into Slytherin, plays for her house team in Quidditch and after graduating she became a Proprietor of a local inn where she worked, though still did assassination hits on the side. Jason and her have an on and off relationship though Tobi has never been in love with anyone else. The story continues...

Blood: PureBlood

Rabastan LeStrange is the youngest son out of the Lestranges. His older brother is Rodolphus. His father always favoured Rod over him which has caused Stan to have very sad low self esteem issues and anxieties. Stan looks up to his brother and Rodolphus is protective of Stan but Stan let's things get on top of him too much. He tends to lose his temper at the slightest aggravation whilst Roddy tends to be the more calm and more evil of the brothers.

Right now Stan is feeling confused about his sexuality, he has fallen in love with his best friend Amycus and has noone with whom he could really talk to about it....

It's true. If I'm not at school, I'm at home, doing whatever it is I can on this site. I first started roleplaying with Annie and Bec about 3ish years ago on another site, where I became Amycus Carrow. Ever since then, Amycus and Rabastan LeStrange have had an ongoing relationship that I've never quite been able to move away from: from where I stand, all the way over here in Australia, they're as canon as canon can be.

One thing you should know is that I'm a bit nuts. I'll try anything once, but I also have a bit of an obsessive personality, in case you haven't already noticed that. This site is my only love (other than my wonderful boyfriend and friends), but I also get obsessive over other things for periods of time: Harry Potter, Supernatural, James McAvoy, Axl Rose, All Time Low, AC/DC, The Phantom of the Opera, Pride and Prejudice, Aragorn... but at the moment, my interest is in these two:

Here are my characters on Pathway to Dystopia:

Amycus James Carrow
Amycus Carrow has been my main character over the years, other than Peeves.
He's incredibly complex once you dig under the surface a bit.
However, on the surface, he's just another stuck up Slytherin who hates muggleborns.
Amycus fell for Rabastan LeStrange in his first year at Hogwarts, and now,
in his sixth year, his feelings are only starting to be recognised.
The Dark Lord intends on using Amycus' feelings for Stan against him,
in order to ruin him and control him, just as he's doing to Stan at the moment.
Amycus will always be my favourite character.

David "Davey" Thomas Gudgeon
Davey here is probably my most recent adoption.
Basically, Tom Hiddleston is beautiful and deserves to be used as a celeb-claim.
And thus, Davey was born!
Not much is known about Davey as of yet.
He's your typical nerd-jock fusion kind of guy.
His first love will always be for the academics,
as one day he hopes to become Minister for Magic,
but both Wizard's Chess and Quidditch tie in second.
Davey comes from a pure-blood-Ravenclaw family.
He's going to have a lot going for him in the near future - stay tuned!

Lachlan Alexander Parker
I first created Lachlan on a Gossip Girl site I went on for about a week.
After that fell through, I decided to bring Lachlan into the magical world.
His little sister, Melisa, was the first to be created out of the two of them,
but I've always had a soft spot for Lachlan.
He's probably the biggest derp you'll ever meet.
He has no idea how to handle women,
but he likes to think he's quite a catch.
He's been best friends with Trent Rockwell ever since their first year,
and he absolutely loves Herbology.
He tends to flirt with the female teachers to get better marks.
...yes, he's that kind of person.

Melisa Zooey Parker
Lachlan's kid sister.
Melisa was the first of the two characters to be created.
At first, she was a stuck up Slytherin, but I gave her a bit of a facelift.
After really trying to sketch her out, I figured she would be better off in Huffleypuff.
She's kinder than most Slytherins and usually has time to talk to people, no matter their blood type.
And so, the new and improved Melisa made a comeback on PTD.
She's a female, too, which is pretty great, considering we don't have many females on the site.
She balances everything out.

Oliver Colin Riley
Oliver here is probably my least used character, unfortunately.
He's a bit hard to plot for sometimes.
Oliver's quite shy, therefore, doesn't mingle with people too well.
However, he's the kind of person that would fight to the death and isn't afraid to try.
I'd absolutely love to plot with him more, so if you have any ideas, feel free to let me know.
He's been crushing on Lily Evans since third year but has never had the courage to talk to her.
Pity James Potter got there first, eh.

I'm Rebecca Maughan-Clark (look me up on Facebook, lovelies ) but you guys know me as Bec. I'm 20 years old, though I've always acted older, and I am in rainy sunny England. I am married to the real owner and founder of the site Annie, have been happily so for nearly 3 years now. We met on a Harry Potter Roleplay site and have been together ever since, though I really don't condone finding partners this way. It never usually works out, we just got lucky. Anne has two beautiful children, Jai and Ben, from a previous marriage but I secretly wish I was her Baby Daddy, me hearts them like they were my own.

I'm a HUGE nerd. I love gaming on most platforms, reading, documentaries, murder mysteries, comedies, creative writing, RPing, graphic design, coding, stuff like that. I have OCD though my wifey is helping me with that, and have recently found out I am Lactose Intolerant, so I can't have dairy and I get ill a lot (by accident) because dairy is in SO much stuff. I really want to go into the Crime Scene Analyst career, and am planning on signing up for University in September.

My characters::

Jason Valentine

Jason was Orphaned at a young age by corrupt Ministry Officials. He was sent to a Muggle orphanage to 'cure him of his evil Father's influence', unfortunately it had the opposite effect. He was abused daily, and the only comfort he found during those years was in a little girl who had suffered and was suffering as he did/was. He left when he was accepted into Hogwarts, but was bitten and turned into a werewolf during his 1st year.

He graduated with good grades but has mostly worked freelance since leaving his education. He and Tobi are 'mates' as the wolf puts it, or Soulmates to the average person. They are on again off again by they are the only one for each other.


Rodolphus LeStrange

We all know who Rodolphus LeStrange is. He is the elder of the LeStrange brothers and is treated like a Prince in his family. He is an obnoxious flirt and loves a good laugh and a good time with a pretty lady. He is currently 'seeing' Bellatrix Black though his emerald green eyes are known for wandering.

He is extremely protective of his younger brother, Rabastan, and puts him above anything else.


Elric Erikson

Elric is a Pureblood of Swedish decent, moving to England to escape the prejudism he faced from Darker Wizards in his homeland and to attend Hogwarts. He is an intelligent and knowledge thirsty Ravenclaw who loves a challenge.

While appearing shy and quiet at times, he is a good guy to have around on a night out. He loves a good time, and is fiercely loyal. If anyone messes with those he loves them they will know about it. While not magically gifted in the duelling department, if he is unthreatened/unamused he will tell you straight, something that usually gets him into more trouble then he can handle.


Noah Hunter

Noah done fairly well in Hogwarts, leaving with average marks but with no career intentions. Because of his threatening size and skill at duelling he fell into the position of Security, usually for the Ministry but sometimes at large events like Quidditch World Cup matches.

Noah loves a night on the town, kicking back with friends and having a good time. He's never object to having someone interesting around, as long as they aren't easy he is game for a good flirt and possibly more.

Hey ya'll. My name is Brenna, aka Bre. I'm 26 and live in the best city in the US of A: Portland. I have been married to by wonderful hubby for over 2 years, and with him for almost 9 years. I hold a multitude of degrees, and am working on getting a few more certificates to my name in the future. I currently work two jobs, one as a K/1 teacher and the other as a high school English teacher for students in Korea. Subsequently, I'm on all hours of the day with my crazy busy schedule.

I first came onto and found out about the original site in October of 2004. It was there that I met Anne and we soon became fast friends. She still is one of my best friends, and our friendship has got both of us through some trying times. She's my friendmate. Back at that "original" site, I played Kailen. Subsequently, I will also answer to that name, as most people just called be that anyway. Of the two people who ran it (one was Anne,) I became the secret background admin, sneaking around to do things here and there. I'm still that person, as I'm sure you've noticed.

Lily Evans

We all know of Ms. Lily. She's a fun character to play and I an enjoying exploring her personality. Most fun at the moment is her starting up a romantic relationship with James Potter. It's fun to take her into that new phase, after her being so against it for the last 5 years.

Trisana Doyle

Trisana, or Tris is an old character. She was the second one I made, though she's gone through several changes. She is your typical Ravenclaw, who prides herself in her academics. In this cycle if you will she's the Ravenclaw HOH as well as a professor, most likely of arithmancy (as it's my favorite) though I haven't declared that of her yet. She's young for her job, only 22, but she's intelligent and ambitious. Personally, she's more quiet and somewhat lacking in a lot of experience as she's always been more focused on her studies.

Emma Smythe

Emma hasn't been around much yet, more than anything due to my lack of time to keep everyone totally active. She is based off of a former character I made on another site called Brielle. She's my more 'evil' character as she's a Slytheirn. Her main objective is to always try to have fun. She's the flirt always looking for a party or a good time. She isn't without her shadows either though. I hope to bring her into play soon.
